Kepuhsari Village, Manyaran Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency is famous as the home of tatah sungging wayang craftsmen who have strong historical and cultural values. However, changes in economic conditions and the way people buy goods have forced us to develop strategies that can be adapted so that traditional crafts remain relevant and can continue to thrive. This activity aims to analyze the actual state of puppet craft production and marketing and to create culturally-based product innovations as part of efforts to revitalize the puppet village. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory model, involving observation, semi-structured interviews, and collaborative discussions with the Asto Kenyo Art Studio. The results show that the innovation of wayang-patterned tumblers not only helps expand the types of products offered but also provides a new way of interpreting cultural symbols within the current creative economy space. The integration of digital marketing expands the scope of promotion while helping to build an authentic narrative about the identity of the wayang village. The discussion shows that renewing culture requires a balance between preserving symbolic values, creating innovative products, actively involving the community, and strengthening management to avoid the risk of culture becoming a commodity and ensuring sustainable development in the long term. In this way, local culture can actively develop while maintaining its distinctive characteristics as the foundation of a resilient village economy.
