Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a serious public health problem in Indonesia. Active community participation is crucial in efforts to reduce the incidence of DHF. This community service program aims to improve health literacy related to DHF among PKK members in Bandarjo Village, Semarang Regency. The activity was carried out through field demonstrations on identifying potential mosquito breeding sites and implementing preventive measures through the 3M Plus program. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using a pretest and posttest method involving 30 participants. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 59.33 in the pretest to 89.67 in the posttest. Data analysis using a Sample T-Test showed a significant difference between the scores before and after the intervention (p<0.05). These findings indicate that the health education provided successfully improved participants' understanding of dengue fever prevention. Furthermore, providing live demonstrations in the field proved effective in deepening participants' understanding and encouraging their active participation throughout the activity. Thus, this activity demonstrates that a community-based health education approach is an effective strategy for improving health literacy and supporting ongoing efforts in dengue fever prevention.
