Based on the position of the Parliement Secretariat of Palangka Raya City (DPRD), it provides administrative services and support for the duties and functions of the Parliement Secretariat of Palangka Raya City (DPRD). The focus of this research is the role of the Secretariat of the Palangka Raya Regional People's Representative Council which is contained in the Palangka Raya Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2019 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Duties, Functions and Work Order of the Secretariat of the Palangka Raya Regional People's Representative Council. The use of qualitative data analysis techniques, in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawn by Miles and Huberman. The role of the Parliement Secretariat of Palangka Raya City (DPRD) Secretariat in supporting the performance of the Parliement Secretariat of Palangka Raya City (DPRD) can be seen from administrative services, preparation of DPRD activities, planning documents, trial facilitation, and of course plenary meeting facilitation. If you look at the position, duties and functions of the Secretariat of the Palangka Raya City DPRD have a role in realizing the effectiveness of the implementation of the functions of the Palangka Raya City DPRD.
